If you are interested in learning more about membership, any one of our pastoral staff would love to meet with you. Please contact our church office to set up a time to meet. You can also visit with us on Sunday morning at 11:00 am service and accept our invitation when the Pastor open up the door of the church. You will be welcome with open arms.
Baptism is the religious rite of sprinkling water onto a person's forehead or of immersion in water, symbolizing purification or regeneration and admission to the Church. You can get baptized at any age.
Infant dedication is a ceremony in which the parents present themselves and the child before GOD-- asking GOD to guide them in the rearing of their Child. This is not the same as a Christening.
Send an email request to calvarychurch@att.net request a baptism. Include the first and last name, age, address, email and name of parent / guardian. A date will be given to you including all items need for ceremony.
Couples who wish to have their wedding/marriage ceremony at Calvary Baptist Church of Chicago must receive pre-marital counseling prior to the ceremony. The Senior Pastor reserves the right to refuse to perform ceremonies, as well as the use of the worship center. Please send a request to calvarychurch@ameritech.net as soon as possible to schedule a date.
